Occupational Therapist – Private Practice
Location: Frenchs Forest, Sydney NSW
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Commission
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing private practice in Frenchs Forest.
This is a varied clinical role suited to an OT who is confident working independently, enjoys building strong relationships with clients and families, and is looking for a position offering genuine professional development and career progression.
The Role
You will work across a diverse caseload, providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across a range of funding streams and backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing OT services across NDIS, privately funded, DVA and My Aged Care clients
- Managing a varied caseload across different client populations, including paediatrics
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing appropriate therapy and management plans
- Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
- Delivering services across client homes, disability accommodation, community settings and clinic
- Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals to achieve meaningful client outcomes
- Supporting clients to develop skills, independence and participation in everyday activities
About You
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who:
- Has solid clinical experience and is comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Builds genuine, positive relationships with clients, families and other professionals
- Is proactive, organised and able to work autonomously
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Is keen to continue developing clinically and professionally
- Is confident working across community and clinic-based environments
